Eric Colegrove	Experienced uncommanded flap extension about 350nm north of CINEK. After troubleshooting, discovered a beverage had interfered with flap controls. The problem was resolved and copilot was reminded of faa regulations regarding proper stowage of beverages on the flight deck.
